While the weekend didn't quite yield the numbers through the door that we would have liked, this year the biennial event undoubtedly raised the bar as far as quality of workmanship and numbers of kits on the tables were concerned. Both judges and public spoke highly of the overall standard represented, and really enjoyed a well-executed event. For the public the highlight of the expo seemed to be the big model rail layout that the Central Otago team brought with them, and ran tirelessly over the weekend.  Thanks guys, and congratulations to all involved.
