Hi there and welcome to our brand new just-tore-the-shrinkwrap-off-and-opened-the-box! website. We hope you are enjoying it thus far, and if so, please tell us. And, if you are not liking what you see, tell us what improvements we could make. All suggestions will be considered.
In the meantime, keep on modelling, and remember to check back soon for new updates.
Cheers.

Hi Jordan, I have just been reviewing the site archives and read your message from a LONG time ago. Am wondering if anyone ever replied to your query. Apologies if they did not, and I hope you are still interested in becoming a member.

Whilst surfing the internet recently I came across a story about your organization in an archived article from a NZ newspaper. And, upon going to your website, I was really impressed with the level of execution of the models, particularly the automotive-themed ones, that were photographed and presented there.
I just retired after a 35 year teaching career -- mostly in the Automotive Engineering Technology area -- and so I think that it's now time to scout out some more hobbies, however, because the winters are harsh here in Ohio, it limits outside pursuits so plastic modeling looks like it's worth another look.
Like many male kids growing up in the '50s and '60s, I made my fair share of plastic and balsa models (believe it or not, in Invercargill) and then moved on to other activities and countries as time progressed. Your website certainly displays the enthusiasm and competence of the members who have mastered this "game" and this has given me the incentive to look more closely at it.
Thank you.

Regards.

Hi Brent, Apologies for the tardy reply,- I have not been receiving the appropriate notifications. Thank you for the great feedback and I sincerely hope you rediscover your once youthful passion for this creative hobby. It is a brilliant craft with so many facets to it, and can be rather a therapeutic activity too (most of the time). Thanks again and best of luck for your future hobbies - whatever they may be. Take care, stay tuned.
